This is a Request Form for a custom wall hanging order. Nothing is final until your design options are confirmed, we agree on a price and you pay a non-refundable $15 deposit to start creating. You will have a chance for final approval after the piece has been completed before you pay the full amount.

What to Expect from the Custom Order Process:

Submit Request - You fill out the below request form to provide more information about what you’re looking for.
Review Options - I will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days to confirm details. I will follow up to let you know if I have any more questions, to confirm my understanding of your selections, to confirm I can meet your desired timeline and to provide a quoted price for your design.
Agree on Terms - If you are happy with the estimate I have provided - you will continue by making a $15 deposit payment to confirm your request. This deposit will be applied to your final purchase at checkout after the custom piece has been created. If you choose not to move forward with your custom wall hanging purchase at any point during this process, this deposit will not be refunded.
Let the Maker Make - I create the wall hanging based on your requested options & our agreed upon timeline. Estimated production time is usually about two weeks - but will depend on your request and the time of year.
Approval - When I am done with your custom wall hanging, I will send you a quick photo for your final approval. If you are happy with the final piece, you will proceed to checkout to purchase your wall hanging and pay your remaining balance + shipping. At this point you will provide shipping name and address.
Delivery - After I have received your final payment, I will package this very special custom handmade piece with care and place it in the mail on it’s way to you (or the provided shipping address if this is a gift). Orders usually arrive in ~3-5 days from shipment date.
